The Ballard Neighborhood Service Center offers information and referrals to community groups and activities, as well as to city and local agencies. City utility bills, parking tickets and pet license fees may be paid at the center.
Travelers may come to apply for or renew passports. A magistrate conducts Municipal Court, handling primarily vehicle and other minor misdemeanor infractions. Other services include transit schedules, senior citizens bus passes, accident report forms, business license applications, Ballard Avenue Landmark District Board information and many brochures explaining city services and other information are available here.
